About Bethanne

My name is Bethanne and I've been a Realtor since late 2020 in Central Virginia with focus on south of the James River (native Richmonders - IYKYK).

My career before real estate started with working in, in-patient forensic psychiatric hospitals using my degree in music therapy. Then, as a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I created programming and care plans for persons with dementia in assisted living communities and their families. All of this translates into being able to assist families with navigating the many emotions they will most likely encounter throughout their journey.

My goals in real estate center around education and empowerment because only the families I serve truly know what is best for their needs. Phrases that my past clients (now friends) have used to describe me - "made the experience personal", "never felt pressured", and "trust her implicitly". I will continue to work everyday to deserve these accolades and never take them for granted.

I have loved living in North Chesterfield for the last 20 years with my now teenage boys and my mom, who recently moved in with us. My boys are involved in everything from orchestra and video games to Boy Scouts and running cross country. My mom and I are both voracious readers and are working to merge all our books! I recently showed her how to read books online and now I have to keep her informed of all the Stuff Your Kindle days!
