About Ana

Hello familia! My name is Ana and I am a mother to two beautiful girls and have been married to my wonderful husband, William, for 10 years. I am the sole owner and project designer, for over 13 years, for a minority and woman owned home renovation business, River City Restorations, as well as, the Team Lead/Coach for River City Real Estate Co, a top 10 producing real estate team with eXp Central Virginia. I have been among the top 500 Realtors in Central VA multiple years running and most recently in 2024 was within the top 250. In 2022 I was awarded 4 awards by my previous brokerage: individual agent with the highest volume and most transactions closed, the agent with the most listings in the brokerage for 2022, and was entered into the platinum club for $10+ mil in sales volume. I was also just featured, in the July 2024 issue, of a local Real Estate Magazine called Richmond Real Producers, which only features the top agents in the Central VA area. I am also currently ranked in the top 8 eXp agents in the Central VA area. I currently reside in Mechanicsville, VA, but I am very familiar with and have lived in The Fan and other areas in downtown RVA. I was born in El Salvador and came to the U.S. when I was 3 years old. ¡Hablo Español! and enjoy volunteering within my local community (furry and non furry related!) during my free time. I have a passion and love for beautiful and seamless design, be it through a digital medium or within the walls of an amazing historical home.
