About Carol

Helping people in the process of buying or selling a home is a privilege I never take for granted.  I understand my job is to take stress out of the equation and will spare no effort to turn what can be a complicated process into a smooth and enjoyable one. I am always available to talk, sharing knowledge and resources, even if you are just exploring the idea of buying or selling. 

I am a Tidewater Virginia native and have always considered coastal Virginia my true home.  So, after a long career in consumer products business development for a large movie studio I returned to my Virginia roots, settled in Williamsburg and took up real estate, which allows me to serve the local community that has given me so much.  I strive to keep my clients fully informed so they can make good choices about when to sell or what to buy, and at what price.  I am passionate about helping my sellers position their home to sell for top dollar, and helping my buyers navigate the home purchase process. I remain a trusted advocate through the entire process and will be there long after the deal is done. 

Outside of real estate, I am engaged with the local community, serving on two committees for the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce alongside my community’s homeowner’s association lifestyle and planning committee. I also volunteer monthly to serve the food-insecure through a community-wide effort of local charity organizations.  In my downtime I make it a point to enjoy and experience all that the area has to offer, relishing time with family, friends and my Labrador Retriever, Chili.
